Basic technical requirements of the burner
(1) Technical requirements
Satisfy the heat required for heating or combustion temperature - have a certain heat load with certain flame characteristics (ignition concentration, temperature, combustion speed), stable flame and high combustion efficiency - complete combustion The burner is equipped with necessary automatic adjustment and automatic safety devices - automatic control Less smoke toxins - safe, environmentally friendly Compact structure, safe and reliable, low cost
(2) Process requirements
1) Flame shape and size, luminous degree, combustion temperature, etc. 2) Under the rated pressure, the thermal load should reach the design value. That is to meet the rated heat load
(3) Requirements for combustion quality
1) Combustion stability: When the gas pressure and properties fluctuate within the normal range, no tempering and defiring will occur.
2) Material requirements: high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, certain strength, etc.
3) Structural requirements: compact structure, convenient adjustment and maintenance
4) Pollution emissions: For gas combustion, it is mainly aimed at CO and NOx. For example, the CO concentration of the flue gas in my country's TSGGB 003-2006 "Safety Technical Regulations for Gas Burners" should not exceed 125mg/m3, and the NOx concentration should not exceed 300mg/m3
5) Safety requirements: at least safety devices specified in national standards, such as flameout protection devices, etc.
