Burner does not start

1. No power.

Turn on all switches - check the fuses.

2. Limit or safety control device is open

Adjust or replace

3..The control box is locked.

Press the reset button of the control box.

4. Motor lock

Press the thermal relay reset button

5. Pump is broken.

Replace it.

6. Controller fuse is disconnected.

Replace  it.

7. Electrical connection error

Check the electrical connection

8. The control box is damaged.

Replace  it.

9. The motor control device is damaged.

Replace  it.

10. Motor is damaged.

Replace  it.

11. The capacitor is damaged.

Replace  it.

12. Photoelectric tube short circuit

Replace  it.

13. Light leakage or simulated flame appears.

Eliminate light leakage or replace the controller.

The burner stops immediately after starting.

14. Phase loss (except GW)

Press the thermal relay reset button to connect the third phase

The burner is locked immediately after pre-purging and the flame does not appear.

15. There is no oil in the tank, or there is water at the bottom of the tank.

Add oil or drain water.

16. The position of the combustion head or the damper is inappropriate.

Adjust it.

17. The solenoid valve cannot be opened.

Check the wiring and replace the coil.

18. Nozzle is clogged, dirty or damaged.

Clean or replace it

19. The ignition electrode position is wrong.

20. The grounding wire is not well insulated.

21. High voltage cable is damaged.
