3. Debugging of burner
(1) Check whether the external diesel oil is in place, whether the pipeline is smooth, and whether the external power supply is in place.
(2) the load of the burner is adjusted to a small load, the ignition position is adjusted to a small load, turn off the large load ignition to observe the flame situation, and adjust the signal according to the flame situation.
(3) When the large firepower of the burner is adjusted, it is necessary to adjust the load from the smaller load to the larger load according to the load of the thermal equipment, and adjust the servo motor according to the situation.
Adjust accordingly
(4) Observe whether the flame has bias fire, insufficient flame combustion, vibration and other phenomena.
(5) After adjustment, ignition should be carried out several times to observe whether the ignition is good.

Method of using fuel burner
1. The fuel burner can be put into use normally after debugging. Precautions for the use of fuel burner
If the fuel burner is used improperly, it will cause fuel leakage, deflagration, explosion and other accidents, with serious consequences. Therefore, necessary measures should be taken in the process of use to prevent accidents.
First, operator requirements
The maintenance and operation personnel of fuel burners must have received relevant technical training, mastered relevant technologies, and passed the assessment of the local fuel supervisor and relevant departments before taking up the post.
2. Avoid forced startup
When the fuel burner is locked due to fault, stop the machine to carefully check the cause of the fault, and restart after troubleshooting to avoid forced start. Multiple starts will cause the accumulation of oil mist, resulting in serious accidents
3, the self-test of the burner in order to ensure the safety of the fuel burner and thermal equipment, the burner should have at least 1 self-test opportunity every 24 hours to check its own safety and reliability. Self-test will be performed every time you turn it on. Therefore, the burner should be shut down once every 24 hours of operation, either automatically or manually forced.
4. It is strictly prohibited to disassemble components
Any lacquer sealing screws on the attachment are not allowed to be removed, otherwise accidents may occur due to component damage.
5. Take pressure relief
In order to reduce the damage in case of explosion, measures should be taken to install explosion-proof doors, strengthen indoor ventilation, expand the open area of doors and Windows, etc., to ensure rapid pressure relief at the moment of explosion. It is strictly prohibited to use burners in closed rooms to avoid the formation of explosion space.
