How to adjust the fire of the fuel burner

How to adjust the fire of the fuel burner

1. Inspection before debugging

(1) Check whether the diesel oil is in place, whether the fuel pipeline is clean and smooth, and whether the valve is opened.

(2) Whether there is any pipeline leakage, and whether the pipeline installation is reasonable

(3) Whether the oil inlet and return pipelines are installed correctly, and valves are not allowed on the oil return pipelines

2. Internal inspection of the fuel engine

(1) Whether the oil nozzle of the burner is installed and the ignition electrode should be adjusted.

(2) The direction of motor rotation should be correct

(3) The external circuit connection should meet the requirements

(4) Carry out cold state simulation of the burner according to the circuit conditions, and observe that each part of the equipment in operation should be normal and the flame detection protection part should be normal.

3. Debugging of the burner

(1) Check whether the external diesel oil is in place, whether the pipeline is unobstructed, and whether the external power supply is in place.

(2) Adjust the load of the burner to a small load, adjust the ignition position to a small load accordingly, turn off the large load to ignite and observe the flame situation, and adjust the signal according to the flame situation.

(3) When adjusting the high fire output of the burner, it is necessary to gradually adjust from a relatively small load to a large load according to the load of the heat-consuming equipment, and adjust the servo motor according to the situation.

adjust accordingly

(4) Observe whether the flame has partial fire, insufficient flame combustion, vibration, etc.

(5) After adjustment, it is necessary to carry out multiple ignitions to observe whether the ignition is good.

4. On-site requirements

(1) Personnel irrelevant to the commissioning operation request to leave the operation site

(2) Any other operation (such as electric welding, gas, etc.) is prohibited.

(3) In order to ensure the personal safety of the commissioning personnel, when the burner is ignited, it should be 1 meter away from the side of the burner. After the flame burns stably, the flame can be observed at the observation mirror, and the next step of output adjustment and other Adjustment

How to use the fuel burner

1. The oil burner can be put into use normally after the commissioning is completed. First, confirm whether the starting preparation is ready, and then connect the fuel, gas circuit and power supply after confirmation. 2. Start the oil burner, and the burner will be controlled according to the equipment control device Automatically convert between large and small fires.

3. If you need to stop the operation, you can press the emergency stop button and turn off the power switch to stop. When shutting down for a long time, the oil circuit valve should be closed and the power supply should be cut off to ensure safety.

4. When the fuel burner fails to alarm due to ignition failure or accidental flameout, it needs to stop running to troubleshoot and then restart.

Precautions for the use of fuel burners

If the fuel burner is used improperly, it will cause fuel leakage, deflagration, and explosion accidents, with serious consequences, so necessary measures should be taken to prevent accidents during use.

1. Operator requirements

The maintenance and operation personnel of fuel oil burners must have received relevant technical training, mastered relevant technologies and passed the assessment of the local fuel supervisor and relevant departments before they can go to work.

2. Avoid forced startup

When the fuel burner is locked due to a failure, stop the machine and carefully check the cause of the failure, and then restart after troubleshooting to avoid forced start, as multiple starts will cause oil mist accumulation and cause serious accidents

3. Self-inspection of the burner In order to ensure the safety of the oil burner and heat-using equipment, the burner should have at least one opportunity to check its own safety and reliability within every 24 hours. The self-test is performed every time it is started. Therefore, every 24 hours of operation of the burner, there should be a shutdown, which can be automatic or artificially forced.

4. It is forbidden to disassemble the components

Any paint-sealed screws on the accessories are not allowed to be disassembled, otherwise accidents may occur due to damage to the components.

5. Take pressure relief method

In order to reduce the destructive force once an explosion occurs, methods such as installing explosion-proof doors, strengthening room ventilation, and expanding the area of open doors and windows should be adopted to ensure rapid pressure relief at the moment of explosion. It is strictly forbidden to use burners in closed rooms to avoid the formation of explosion spaces.
