How to use biomass pellet burner
In order to ensure the safe and normal operation of the biomass burner, it is necessary to operate as follows:
1. Start management
(1) Before starting the burner, clean the carbon deposits on the furnace bridge, clean the carbon deposits on the bottom of the furnace, add granular fuel, close the cover of the material box, and open the material separation valve.
(2) Turn on the power of the equipment to be used, check whether the circuit and water pipe are normal, and check whether the cooling water pool has enough water. Open the burner cooling water inlet and outlet valves, and confirm that the interlayer cooling water of the high-temperature combustion chamber is filled.
(3) Adjust the air supply position to a lower level, put in an appropriate amount of base material, start the ignition, lightly open the furnace door to supply air, close the furnace door, start the feeding system, and gradually increase the air supply position to the volume. The feeding speed and air supply volume should be gradually increased, and should not be accelerated too fast. It should take 2-3 minutes to allow the temperature of the furnace door to rise normally.
2. Operation management (1) The feeding speed is 30-80 as the normal amount, the fastest speed should not exceed 100, the slowest speed should not be lower than 20, and the air volume configuration should be medium and high. When the heat transfer system of the production line is well ventilated, the feeding speed can be appropriately accelerated, and the air volume can be adjusted to the highest gear, but the exhaust of the bacon should be observed at any time, and the standard for determining the feeding speed is no smoke and dust emission.
(2) Observe the change of water temperature from time to time and adjust the displacement to achieve safety and economy.
(3) Properly add fuel according to the law of user raw material consumption to ensure the normal operation of the equipment
(4) Adjust the intermittent feeding amount in the heat preservation stage according to the change of energy consumption of the product.
(5) It is strictly forbidden to open the upper and lower furnace doors when the furnace door is burning.
3. Shutdown management
(1) Stop feeding 15 minutes in advance, and the fan keeps running. (set on control panel) Close the shut-off valve
(2) Turn off the power supply, stop the fan, lightly open the upper and lower furnace doors, and maintain an appropriate amount of natural wind to minimize carbon deposition in the furnace
Precautions for the use of biomass pellet burners
1. The fuel must use C6-8mm pure wood pellets, and do not use pellets with too much debris and magazines. Prevent the iron sword from entering the material box when feeding. If the equipment is damaged due to poor fuel or iron objects entering the material box, it will not be covered by the warranty.
2. It is best to use negative pressure on the furnace hatch of boilers or other equipment used, and excessive positive pressure is strictly prohibited. If the positive pressure is too large, an induced draft device should be installed.
3. The cover of the material box must be closed during operation to prevent waste. When shutting down the furnace, the material separation valve must be closed to prevent tempering.
4. If the material is blocked or jammed, (usually caused by too long particles) just use a wooden stick to poke it down. Do not use iron wire or steel bar to prevent the screw from being involved in the screw and causing damage to the screw.
5. Burner clearance sale: After the burner has been working for a period of time, there will be a sale near the burner. If this phenomenon occurs, it will seriously affect the operation of the burner. Severe cases will cause damage to the burner! Therefore, regular inspection and decoking are required. (It is recommended to check once every 3 to 7 days)
6. Decoking method: Take the burner out of the equipment used, and gently tap the coke block with a wooden or iron rod from the burner to separate it from the gasification chamber. (Be careful not to damage the gasification chamber and fire passage when decoking. Coking has a lot to do with fuel. It is recommended to use pure wood fuel)
2. Troubleshooting of biomass pellet burner
1. There is black smoke emission from bacon. The reason: too much material is fed, and the furnace cannot digest it. Solution: Stop feeding for a few minutes, and start feeding normally after observing the normal exhaust of the bacon. Reduce the feeding speed, subject to the fact that the bacon has no black smoke emission
2. There is spark rebound at the furnace mouth—the reason: the slag accumulation in the equipment system is not smooth, or the burner nozzle is blocked by carbon deposits. Solution: clean and dredge the heat transfer system and slag of the production line or clean the burner outlet and slag. Generally, in the case of 8 hours/working day, use equipment furnace film or pipeline heat transfer system to clean and dredge 3 items of slag accumulation once
