Industrial Burner structure

1. Burner control and detection system

1) Program controller: There is a solidification sequence inside, and the whole process automatically controls the start-up, firepower conversion and flame monitoring of the burner.

2), Flame detector: UV electric eye or ion probe, used to detect the existence of flame.

3), Proportional or switch type controller and sensor: detect external temperature or pressure, and provide fire power conversion signal for program controller. (Auxiliary components independent of the burner)

4) Wind pressure switch: monitor the air supply pressure to ensure the normal operation of the blower.

5) Gas high pressure protection switch: monitor whether the gas pressure is too high. If the gas pressure is too high and exceeds the working range of the gas valve, the gas valve may not be closed.

6) Gas low-pressure protection switch: monitor whether the gas pressure is too low. The gas pressure is too low to overcome the resistance formed by the gas valve, burner and boiler furnace. The flame cannot be formed and may cause danger due to flashback.

7) Leak detector for gas valve group: check the airtightness of the gas valve through the built-in program (above 1200KW. The gas burner must be installed)

8) Ignition transformer and ignition electrode: Under the control of the program controller, high-voltage electricity is generated and sent to the ignition electrode to form arc sparks.

2. The gas and air ratio servo system of the burner

1) Throttle servo motor: controlled by the program controller to drive the damper and disc valve to the set position

2) Adjusting the cam disc: it is coaxial with the damper servo motor, which can drive the link mechanism to move when rotating, and can adjust the ratio between the cam rotation angle and the damper baffle plate and gas disc valve rotation angle.

3) Air door baffle: at the air inlet of the air supply duct, it can control the amount of air intake.

4) Gas disc: at the gas inlet of the combustion head, the gas volume can be controlled.

5), linkage mechanism: connecting the cam plate and damper baffle, gas disc valve

6) Flame mixing plate of the combustion head: fully mix the gas and air, and make the flame spin out according to the design.

3. The air supply system of the burner

1), blower motor: drive the fan impeller to rotate

2) Fan impeller: Driven by the blower motor, it sends air into the furnace through the combustion head to overcome the back pressure of the furnace and send oxygen.

3) Burner shell: The shell is cast from alloy material and has a specific shape. It is the air supply channel of the burner and the installation carrier of other parts.

4. Gas supply and regulation system of the burner

Gas solenoid valve group: according to European standards, it consists of two gas solenoid valves. The gas solenoid valve far away from the burner is generally called a gas safety valve, and the one close to the burner is called a main gas valve. Generally, the main gas valve has the functions of gas flow regulation, fire extinguishing regulation and opening speed regulation. They are subject to program controllers that control the supply of gas

2), gas pressure regulator: stabilize the pressure of the gas sent by the gas pressure regulator.

3), gas filter: filter the impurities in the gas

4), gas pressure gauge: display the gas pressure at the installation point.

5), gas pipeline compensator: eliminate the stress in the pipeline, and facilitate the installation of gas pipeline.

6) Gas pressure regulator: adjust the gas pressure from the kilogram level to the millibar level that the gas valve group is suitable for.

7) Gas ball valve: Manually control the supply of gas. Manual shutdown prevents accidental gas leakage when the burner is out of service
