What is a diesel burner and what is it used for?

A diesel burner is a device that mixes oxygen with fuel, then injects the mixture into a hole and burns it, forming a stable flame. In addition to the fuel heating system,

the burner also has built-in automated ignition and combustion controls.

Of course, the most common type of burner today is the gas burner. But in the absence of gas pipelines, it is necessary to install a boiler with a diesel burner. Boilers

with oil-diesel burners are an effective solution to significantly reduce the cost of air heating in your house. The disadvantage is that only special rooms with hoods

and large tanks for storing diesel reserves are provided.

There are two types of diesel burners: single-stage burners and two-stage burners. The single-stage burner switches on to full power immediately. The two-stage liquid

fuel burner works gradually at full power: first the first stage, then the second stage.

Service maintenance of diesel burners prevents emergencies that disrupt optimal operating modes and supports the economical and safe operation of the boiler.

These works are carried out according to an agreed timetable and cover:

Adjust (commission) burner equipment for safe and optimal operation.

Replace worn or non-working parts.

Clean (replace) air and fuel filters.

Instrumental analysis of exhaust gas components.

Clean the components in the burner kit.

Remove soot from heater

When repairing diesel burners, our experts use specialized and expensive equipment, which allows an accurate analysis of the exhaust gas composition. This allows the

combustion of fuel to be accurately optimized when adjusting the burner equipment, thus ensuring efficient operation of the boiler.
