What specific inspections are there in the operation of natural gas boilers?Oil/gas boilers refer to boilers whose fuel is oil or gas (such as natural gas, biogas, blast furnace gas, liquefied petroleum gas, diesel, light oil, etc.), and can be divided into steam boilers and hot water boilers according to their functions.
The oil/gas boilers produced by ZOZEN can be divided into three series: WNS series condensing horizontal internal combustion boilers, SZS series condensing double-drum vertical boilers and DHS series corner tube boilers.
1. Turn on the boiler power supply, monitor the normal ignition operation of the boiler, check the flame state, and check whether there is any abnormality in the operation sound of each component.
2. Inspect the heating status of the boiler, and whether the control status of the large and small fire conversion is normal.
3. Check whether the natural gas pressure is normal and stable, and whether the natural gas flow rate is within the normal range to judge whether the filter is blocked.
4. Check whether the pressure of the water pump is normal and whether there is any abnormal noise.
