① Working process of the burner

1. Boiler liquid level, temperature or pressure inspection

2. Check gas pressure, air pressure and residual fire. Check the fuel tank storage level when the fuel is diesel. Whether the oil pipe and oil pump have been filled with oil.

3. Leak detection stage of gas valve group: check whether the gas valve is airtight.

4. Purge stage before pre-blast: fully open the air door, purge the furnace, and eliminate the residual gas in the furnace: supply oxygen to the furnace to facilitate the ignition process.

5. Wind pressure detection: to ensure the normal operation of the blower

6. Ignition stage: the damper is closed to the ignition position, and the ignition transformer and ignition valve are opened to implement automatic ignition.

7. Confirm that the ignition flame is established.

8. Open the damper to the main fire position, open the main gas valve: establish the main flame

9. Close the ignition valve and confirm that the main flame is established.

10. According to the temperature or pressure control instrument, implement the conversion of large and small fires or adjust the size of the flame in proportion. During the whole working process, monitor the boiler liquid level, temperature or pressure, gas pressure, wind pressure and flame, shut down the burner and gas valve abnormally and give an alarm.


After confirming that the preparatory inspection before starting meets the requirements, adjust the control system to the "automatic" position, press the "start" button, and the boiler will enter the starting ignition state. If the ignition fails three times in a row, it needs to be overhauled.

② Program controller troubleshooting

A: The window display does not start

1. Is there electricity?

2. Is the air pressure in the air supply line normal and the valve is open?

3. Are all the regulators such as the temperature switch, pressure switch and limit switch of the heat medium furnace set correctly?

4. If the program controller fails, replace the program controller.

5. The blower motor is damaged, replace the blower motor

B: Outage

1. The servo motor is faulty, check or replace the servo motor

C: Fault stop display P

1. The air pressure switch is not conducting, check the air pressure switch, clean the dust or replace it

D: Fault shutdown display

1. The program controller is faulty, check or replace the program controller

E: failure shutdown

1. There is no flame signal, and the adjustment ratio of air volume and air volume is not appropriate in the adjustment of air volume and air volume. 2. Fluctuations in the air pressure in the air supply pipeline will cause ignition failure
